Antique French Country Green Glazed Terracotta Planter Vase Confit Pot
A superb 19th century French Provençal glazed terracotta confit pot / planter / urn / vase / cachepot / crock from Provence in southeastern France. This pot or planter is hand thrown with charming handles known as 'ears' with a lovely green exterior glaze and inner yellow glaze. It would be wonderful added to a collection with other terracotta pottery, used as a planter or vase with flowers, or as a kitchen crock to hold utensils. The diameter is 6.5 inches and the height is 8.2 inches.
