Antique English Hammered Brass Cauldron Jardiniere Planter With Lion Head Ring Handles
A superb large antique English hammered brass tripod footed cauldron, jardiniere, planter, log bin, or champagne bucket, circa 1900. This fine hand crafted bucket is heavy, weighing 13 lbs, and well made with with a lovely hand hammered brass patina, solid brass lion head ring handles, brass paw feet, and copper rivets. It would be gorgeous as a planter or could also be used by a fireplace with firewood or used as a wine cooler large enough to hold several bottles. The interior diameter at the rim is approximately 14 inches and height is 13.75 inches.
