A lovely antique early 20th Century Dutch Maastricht white ironstone wall lavabo fountain. Maker's mark on reverse. The wash basin or lavabo was a typical piece found in French homes before running water was available. This decorative four-piece set is complete with basin, reservoir with metal spout, lid, and soap dish and would be a charming addition to any room. The basin could also be used as a planter to hold flowers.
The water reservoir/urn with lid measures 12"W x 18"H x 7"D (out from wall). The cistern or planter pocket measures about 13"W x 4"H x 10"D (out from wall). The soap dish measures 4.75"W x 1.75"H x 3.5"D.

Very good antique condition with light crazing and wear consistent with age.
